Melissa or Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis)

is nature's gift for its beneficial effects:
- Supports the health of the circulatory system; maintains hormonal balance in the human body; supports digestion and contributes to the normal functioning of the intestinal tract; acts as an antioxidant; it is useful in case of throat and pharynx irritation, it has a soothing and pleasant effect on the throat, pharynx and vocal cords;
- Helps maintain a positive mood, supports optimal relaxation, supports restful and healthy sleep;
- Useful in case of nervous tension, restlessness and irritability.

Method of preparation

Add 200 ml of hot water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups daily.
