Mursalski Chai Bulk Tea (Sideritis scardica)
– rich in iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium and minerals, Sideritis Scardica, has been called the astronaut's herb for its special healing properties. In Greek "Sideritis" literally translates as "The one made of iron". The plant was known since Ancient Greece, being mentioned in particular by Dioscorides and Theophrastus. Method of preparation
Add 200 ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups daily.
